The complex boasts its privileged location – just on the edge of the hill by the sea. Stone steps with handrails lead down to a sandy beach, which stretches along the sea. Each villa guarantees breathtaking views over the crystal sea and ensures total privacy.
LFK039 – are two similar villas, each comprising of 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, conveniently accommodating up to 6 guests. Each villa has modern design with hi-tech amenities. On the ground floor there is a big living room with beautiful sea views, available from every corner, due to wall sized glass sliding doors. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV. Next to it is a dining area, which seats 7 person. A well-equipped with modern appliances kitchen is integrated into the living area, where you can prepare your favorite dishes enjoying great views. This level also hosts a bedroom with two single beds, which has ample wardrobes and glass sliding doors opening onto the terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi column. Stairs lead up to the second bedroom, fitted with a double bed, large wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Same type panoramic windows access the balcony. On the first floor, there is a third bedroom with one king size bed with ensuite bathroom. Moreover, it has a private lounge area fitted with two armchairs and a coffee table. Again, it opens onto a terrace facing the sea.
The swimming pool just in front of the terrace is 9 x 6 m, surrounded with grass. It offers sun loungers for rest and the terrace has a dining set for 8, where all the guests can have alfresco dinner and enjoy the sunsets.
