The traditional stone house of 220 sq. m. with 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people and offers privacy and unity with nature. Outside there are swimming pool with sunbeds, lawn and big BBQ area. Breathtaking panoramic sea view is available from all the units of the property.
GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance into an open plan living/dining area with a working fireplace, and 3 sets of French windows that open onto terrace and lawns, and a separate door onto a patio. A well appointed kitchen with a big gas stove and all the cooking facilities: electric kettle, electric toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and a cellar with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also a cloakroom with WC and wash basin and a big bathroom with shower. At your entertainment and comfort you will find DVD - CD players, satellite TV, free Internet connection, safety box, first aid kit, hair dryer, plus other little items that make your stay comfortable as at home.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms both with bathrooms (shower) and French windows, one onto a balcony, and the other onto the rear terrace. There are two single bedrooms becoming double and one family bathroom with shower.
OUTSIDE: Steps down to a gently sloping lawn to a private infinity swimming pool. A roofed sitting area and a pool house with shower. Outside there are patio with a bread oven and BBQ, an outside dining area with patio furniture. You can enjoy panoramic sea views from BBQ area also during your dinner in open air.
A small organic vegetable garden provides the guests during their stay with tomatoes, eggplants, courgettes, peppers, thyme, rosemary, mint, and other summer herbs and vegetables.
The house has a natural air conditioning. The regular breezes in this area of low altitude and the stone construction suffice to keep a cool temperature inside the house.
