Three spacious detached villas (LFK083, LFK084, LFK085), located in the south of Lefkada, offering secluded vacations. Villas stand on a big plot of 4500 sq. m. on the coast and therefore provide panoramic sea views. Exclusively for the guests staying at the villas, there is a path, leading down to the sea, with platform for swimming. Car rental is essential - plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and sandy beaches could be found with 10-15 minutes’ drive.
Lefkada island is connected to the main part of Greece via a bridge, so you can travel here by car from Athens. Alternatively, 60 km away there is a domestic airport.
The villas are almost identical in the layout and size, featuring traditional style with beamed vaulted ceilings, simple wooden furniture, however very practical and comfortable. Satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system provided for entertainment. Villas accommodate 8 persons (LFK083 can sleep 10).
LFK084 villa is built on two levels, sleeping up to 8 guests. Its’ main first floor includes a living room with separate sitting area and dining zone. There is a fireplace in the middle of the room, which creates homey atmosphere, two French windows open directly to a veranda, furnished for rest and outdoor dining. Open plan kitchen comes fully equipped for most convenience.
Villa offers 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, located on ground and upper floors accordingly. All bedrooms have been fitted with a double bed, ample wardrobes and individual verandas/ balconies offering beautiful views to the sea and out to the swimming pool.
In front, each villa has its own swimming pool of 36-50 sq. m. with max depth 1.6 m. Plenty of sunbeds available on the deck. Moreover, barbeque facilities provided, for guests to prepare delicious grilled dinner. Choose any of these villas and enjoy your most exciting vacations in Greece!
