Located in the southeast part of the island, an amazing villa offered for rent. It stands in the vicinity from the sandy beaches and in 5 minutes’ drive from a small village with essential facilities, to ensure your comfortable stay. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and of course a great beach with watersports facilities. The villa is facing west of the Aegean and guarantees panoramic sunset view.
The villa is built in three levels, consisting of a main building and a guesthouse and accommodates maximum up to 15 guests. In total, it is six separate suites with ensuite bathroom and an annex.
The lower ground level, which is the pool level includes 4 double bedrooms with individual bathroom each (equipped with shower or tub), 2 kitchenettes, few of the bedrooms feature private sitting area. The large living room has sliding doors opening to the swimming pool terrace, covered barbeque pergola and a path to guesthouse.
This level also houses a gym, open plan kitchen with wide range of modern appliances and cooking tools and a separate guest shower room.
The ground floor represents a junior suite with its own shower and toilet, kitchenette, fully air conditioned with private entrance.
The upper floor offers two large bedrooms, which have a separate sitting area, shower rooms and a walk-in wardrobe.
Each room exits to its own private terrace.
The guesthouse hosts a separate studio with a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and living area (where 2 more gusts can sleep).
The property is stone-fenced to provide absolute privacy and seclusion. The heart of the outdoors is definitely a 30 m long swimming pool, T-shaped. It is an infinity pool, which waters merge the horizon. The outdoor pool connects to the villas’ indoor SPA pool. A generous terrace around the pool features plenty of lounge and dining furnishings. On the upper level from the pool, there is a separate barbeque area with outdoor grilling tools.
The beach is in a short distance from the property, you can also easily reach all the necessary facilities like shops, taverns, grocery store and ATM. Most of restaurants are family owned with very authentic cuisine. Surely, don’t miss going to Chora for a dinner, souvenirs or to experience nightlife.
In addition, there are boats taking you to the nearby beaches to explore the surroundings, do watersports or just swim and sunbath, so no need to worry about renting a car or motorbike. If take a speedboat from the port you can enjoy daily tours to other islands of Cyclades. Have a great holiday!
