House II. It is a suite with one double bedroom, individual marble bathroom with bathtub, one living room, which is united with the dining area and kitchenette
House III. A suite, which comprises of two levels and includes:
First floor with a spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofa, small separate fully-equipped design kitchen with necessary tools and utensils. It has access onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. The upper floor hosts a master bedroom with a big queen size bed, built-in large wardrobe, bathroom equipped with shower, and a shaded pergola terrace with great views – perfect for morning coffee.
House IV. A 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with either one double or two single beds. There is also a comfortable sitting area with sofa, kitchenette and dining area – all offering great views! Private balcony is facing the sea, where guests can enjoy their breakfast or watch the sunset.
Outdoors, the villa has a big garden with stone path leading from the pool area to gazebo, suitable for for relaxation or health therapies. The pool of 90 sq. m. is surrounded by terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, out-doors Jacuzzi and a shaded sitting area. The upper level terrace features a large dining table and a complete barbeque unit with accessories. On upper level: protected terrace area offering large dining table for outdoor eating with open air fully equipped kitchen and all necessary equipment.
