Consisting of two separate and fully independent levels, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Villas’ style is a harmonious blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern amenities, where the interiors are very bright. Air-conditioning and WIFI internet is available throughout the house.
The main house offers main living room with cozy sofas, fireplace and TV, a dining table for 8 and an open plan kitchen. Here you can find all you may need for entertainment (TV, stereo system, DVD player) and cooking (full set of crockery and tools). Also, there is 1 guest WC on this level and 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
From the lounge, there is staircase, which goes up to the mezzanine floor, occupied by 1 twin bedroom with individual bathroom.
On the ground level of the mainhouse, there is an independent apartment: with living/ dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Each room has double bedroom and a private bathroom. In the garden, there is also a studio, suitable for a couple or assisting staff.
A generous pool terrace dominates the front of the property with its private swimming pool of 70 sq. m. The pool features infinity edge and could be heated on request. Plenty of sunbeds provided for rest and sunbathing.
In addition, there is a shaded outdoor living/ dining area, complimented by a traditional stone-built barbeque, where guests can enjoy open-air meals accompanied by stunning views.
