It stands on a hillside, overlooking the sea and surroundings, being only 2 km away from the beach, couple of taverns and a supermarket. Car is essential when staying for quick access to all necessary amenities and entertainment. Both Mykonos town with port and the airport are approximately 10 km away. There you can find wide choice of shopping, dining and of course famous nightlife.
Villa comprises of two levels, equipped with air-conditioning units. The interiors are decorated in traditional mykonian style – white walls, beamed ceilings and colorful artworks.
Its ground level houses an open plan kitchen with all you may need when cooking: oven, hob, coffeemaker, kettle, big fridge, set of cutlery and crockery, a dining set for eight. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge with corner sofa (converts into a double bed), coffee table and large windows facing the pool and terrace. Flat screen TV, WIFI internet, video and audio equipment available for rest and entertainment. Same level has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Stairs lead down to the lower level with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room. Bedrooms come with 2 double, 1 single and 1 set of bunk beds. In addition, there is a secondary living room with kitchenette.
Spacious outdoor area in front of the villa has a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. Several sunbeds, three big umbrellas, covered wooden pergola and built in barbeque oven – perfect for all day relaxation and alfresco dining.
