MY173 Villa features open-plan approach, very spacious and airy, consists of two levels. It accommodates up to 9-10 guests with its 5 bedrooms. The ground floor houses 4 bedrooms (bunk or double beds), each one with an individually controlled air-conditioning unit, a TV, private bathroom and direct access to the sea view veranda. There is also a living room with dining area and a kitchen, equipped at highest standards. TV, WIFI and DVD player available. Same level has a game room with access to the terrace and a staff room. On the top floor, there is 1 guest bedroom with double bed, ensuite shower room and access to a private balcony.
