Equipped with both air-conditioning and central heating, villa would be a perfect place for year-round vacations in Greece. Main house is a one level building with a spacious living room with fireplace and cozy sofas, open plan kitchen and dining room. Thanks to double French doors, it is very airy and bright here, doors lead out onto a furnished veranda with outdoor dining set, barbecue equipment and peaceful landscape of sea and the garden. Further, there are 2 bedrooms at guests’ disposal – one twin (convertible to double) and one double bedroom. Both of them have COCO-Mat matrasses to ensure deep and comfortable sleep. Bedrooms share large bathroom with shower.
The guesthouse stands separate with small pathway leading through the garden. This is a studio with 1 small double platform-style bed and 1 bathroom, equipped with shower. Wireless internet access provided throughout the property for most convenience.
Villa is immersed in large green garden, full of trees, flowers, with green lawn. The garden is adjacent to a wonderful sandy beach with shallow waters. Perfect for families with kids.
Although you can easily reach the essential holiday facilities on foot – some shops, local taverns and bars, car is still recommended when staying. Villa is very conveniently located for exploring the Peninsula, as in 40 km only you can visit the Ancient Olympia and make day trip to vibrant town of Patras. To vary your holidays, we suggest take ferry to the islands of Kefalonia and Zakynthos from the nearest harbour (30 min drive).
