Villa stands in a small coastal village within just few steps from the sea and wonderful pebbled beach, with spectacular views over the surroundings. In less than 5 minutes’ drive, you can reach a large resort with all the essential facilities for your most comfortable stay. Villas comprise of two independent buildings on a huge plot, measuring 300 sq. m. each. Group of friends or an extended family of 15 guests can be accommodated here.
Main house has 3 levels:
Ground floor offers a large living area with dining zone and fully equipped modern kitchen. Further there are 2 bedrooms, each one with private bathroom.
Upper floor houses the master bedroom with large bedroom, ensuite bathroom, study room and a balcony.
The lower floor is occupied by the staff, providing daily maid services.
Guest villa also consists of 3 levels, where the ground level a lounge and a kitchen, suitable for self-cooking. Here you can also find 2 bedrooms: one double and one single. Both of them feature private bathroom.
On the lower ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms at guests’ disposal. Very spacious and comfortably furnished with ensuite bathrooms.
The top level has 1 master bedroom with individual bathroom. It also has a study area and a balcony.
Villas main feature is a private swimming pool outdoors, which is perfect for a refreshing dip during hot summer day. The pool has infinity edge to create feeling of endless water. For most comfort, there is also outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas around. In addition, there are couple of shaded terraces and dining table and chairs. Enjoy your meals alfresco with stunning views.
Another advantage of this property is a semi-private beach, which could be accessed via stairs. There is only one restaurant nearby, so car recommended for easier stay, to move around for shopping and entertainment.
Within 1-1,5 hours drive you can reach ancient Epidavros, Nafplion and Mycenae. In about 4 hours’ drive – there are archeological sites of Olympia located. Come to Peloponnese to learn more about Greece on your magical vacations!
