Large living room has big L-shaped sofa by the fireplace. It is very bright with wide patio doors, opening to the partially shaded terrace and garden. Big TV with audio and stereo system, wireless internet access provided for most convenience. Moreover, there are 2 kitchens in the house with full range of modern electrical appliances, crockery and cutlery. All you may need for self-cooking.
For guests, who prefer to be on-line and updated, there is a separate office room with working desk, printer and telephone.
There is no swimming pool in this property, but there are so many things to do outdoors - plenty of games, space and outdoor terraces, where whole family can enjoy relaxing moments dining alfresco (barbeque equipment provided), playing together and having fun.
Due to its location in a quiet residential area, villa offers privacy and advantages of being close to a big city with many amenities & conveniences. Car hire is not essential, as everything you may need when staying could be reached on foot. However, we do recommended to rent a car to go on exploring the neighborhood, splendid beaches, vibrant town Patras with restaurants, bars and a vibrant nightlife. There are so many various activities, apart from swimming, fishing and playing beach sports, there are wind and kite surfing stations nearby, rafting along the rivers.
