Spacious fully detached villa available for rent, located in the western part of Peloponnese. Villa is surrounded by a large garden and boasts all modern facilities, private swimming pool and amazing mountain views. Fully furnished and gated, villa guarantees absolute privacy to the guests. Car rental is essential when staying for most convenience when moving around – all holiday amenities could be reached in 5-10 minutes’ drive. Nearest village offers good selection of basic shops, couple of taverns, bakery, gas station. More amenities are available in Kalamata, second biggest city of the peninsula. Nearest beach is 2 km away.
Villa is built on a private land and comprises of 2 levels with a basement, where up to 15 guests can stay. Wisely decorated and planned interiors with bright colors, comfortable modern furniture and broad windows create very airy atmosphere, to make every guest feel like home. Ground floor area includes the main entrance, leading to a spacious living room with sitting zone, furnished with sofas by the fireplace, TV and audio/ visual equipment, wireless internet access provided. Sofas convert into double beds. Same area also includes dining table, and is linked to a large kitchen. Kitchen has full range of cooking tools, crockery and appliances, opening to a terrace, where you can enjoy alfresco meals. Same level has 1 bathroom.
There are 4 seaview bedrooms in the villa, opening to a large balcony with relaxed seating. All bedrooms have big double beds, modern cooler fans. Master bedroom has individual bathroom, while other rooms share 1 common bathroom.
In the basement, there is a room with game corner (toys, board games) and a bunk bed (suitable for both adults and kids). If necessary, baby cot provided.
Other highlight is a private swimming pool (7 m diameter, 1,35 m depth) with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor furnished lounge with barbeque oven at guests disposal to enjoy every moment when staying at this unique villa. For our small guests there is a slide by the pool and inflatable toys.
Apart from staying in the villa, go exploring Peloponnese with Ancient Olympia, Messini, beautiful and vibrant town of Kalamata, combining it with lovely beaches and amazing natural beauty. To vary your vacations, you can also take a trip to Zakynthos island from the port of Kyllini (takes about 1,5 hrs to get to the port from the villa).
