This villa on the beach for rent with area of 240sq. m and a plot of 2000sq. m The house is accessible from the gravel road on the southern side of the plot, which leads to the main entrance. At the exterior of the villa, in front of the living area there is a large, imposing pergola with a very expensive sitting area with antique rattan furniture, able to accommodate up to 8 guests. In front of it you will find four sunbeds made of wood and covered with a special black fabric that does not absorb sun’s heat, and an umbrella.
The living room in front of the large marbled fireplace is able to accommodate more than 8 guests. At the back side of the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen for at least 12 people. Next to the kitchen you‘ll find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, large windows The bathroom is big and equipped with all amenities, like all the bathrooms. Towels are also provided. Each room is very bright and luxurious and has outdoor access to the lush green garden through the areaways.The room features a luxurious king-size bed with panoramic views of the sea and the beaches from the east to the west.
