Set in private gated grounds in the island of Spetses, this private villa offers great opportunity to spend your vacations in Greece. Due to its privileged location, this villa boasts quick access to all necessary facilities – shops, taverns, seafood restaurants and nice beach are literally a minute away. At the same time, there is a good selection of bars and clubs.
Villa consists of 2 levels connected via staircase to a loft and accommodates a family or group of 8 persons. The house is surrounded by a lush garden, fully gated to ensure privacy and seclusion for the guests. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning (heating/ cooling) and central heating.
At guests’ service, there is a spacious living room, furnished in traditional Greek style with fireplace and TV in the sitting area, dining zone and an open plan modern kitchen with all you may need – fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, full set of crockery and cutlery.
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 8-10 guests. There are 3 master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower), furnished with a double bed and a nice balcony facing sea or garden. One of the rooms also has a TV. Fourth room has a sofa, which converts into two single beds, individual bathroom and balcony with sea view. In addition, there is a loft with 2 single beds.
Outdoors, at the entrance of the house there is a large terrace with pergola – perfect for alfresco dining or just rest.
Spetses island is a popular destination for both Greeks and tourists, being only few hours ferry ride from Athens, it offers many beaches, organized and secluded ones to choose from, some of them you can reach on foot.
During your holidays in Spetses, walk along the lovely sea promenade of the town enjoying relaxing and elegant atmosphere, dining at nice waterfront restaurants. Spetses can be combined with other islands for vacations, like Hydra and Poros, and beach towns in eastern Peloponnese, like Ermioni and Porto Heli.
