Located in the east of Rhodes, a private family villa. Villa sleeps 4-6 guests and would be a perfect choice for your summer vacations in Greece. It boasts stunning views of the Aegean and is only 50 m away from the beach. Another bigger beach is about 400 m away from the villa, together with a good choice of cafes and mini-market. More shopping and dining options you can find in a village nearby – only 5 minutes’ by car. Both Rhodes town and the airport could be reached in 30 minutes.
Villa comprises of two levels and comes with 3 air-conditioning units, WIFI internet access and all necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Its’ main floor offers a spacious kitchen, equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, set of crockery and cutlery. Next to it, there is a dining/ living room with table for 6 and fireplace. On a platform, there is a place for 2 guests to sleep or it can be used as lounge area. For entertainment, there is satellite TV DVD player.
Two double bedrooms with private balconies facing the sea are located on the first floor. Each room has air-conditioning unit, ample wardrobe. Villa is served by two bathrooms with shower. Fresh towels provided twice a week. Moreover, laundry facilities provided.
Outside, there is a barbeque area with wood oven, where the whole family can gather up for an alfresco dinner, enjoying amazing views. Parking available on premises.
