Fully fenced, the villa stands hidden among stone hills and lush garden, giving privacy and seclusion to its guests, at the same time being very close to the essential holiday facilities. A good variety of shops, taverns, cafes, pharmacy, ATM, car rental agencies – all you can reach by foot. Car is not essential, but we still recommend to rent one for more convenience. Both airport and Rhodos town are about 50 km away.
Villa is fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and equipped at highest standards. It comprises of two levels, accommodating 4-5 guests. Interiors are very cozy, decorated with wooden and natural stone elements. On the first floor at guests’ service, there are 2 double bedrooms, both with air-conditioning units, LCD TV’s and ample wardrobes for storage. Brand new mattresses of high-quality and bed linen provided to ensure deep harmonious sleep. Guests share 1 common bathroom with tub/ shower and a separate WC.
Common areas on the ground floor include a spacious open-plan lounge with sitting area, dining set for six and full set of cooking tools and appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. In addition, laundry facilities provided. Big LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet access available for entertainment.
Semi-basement of the villa contains a playroom/ store room, which is three steps lower than kitchen. It can also be used as guest’s room.
