This ground-floor villa stands in a lush garden full of fruit and olive trees. It has a circular shape, with a swimming pool in the center.
The villa is fully equipped with all comforts including central heating with boiler, air conditioned throughout, tastefully furnished with a mixture of antique and contemporary pieces. A very spacious living room has comfortable sofas by the fireplace, accommodating up to 10 guests. Audio-visual equipment has 42’’ flat screen TV, wireless internet and DVD player for entertainment.
The house offers three bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds and 1 with a queen and single bed. Two bathrooms are available (one ensuite to a master bedroom). Power Plate exercising machine complements one of the bedrooms. Outdoors, there are two separated patios, one located right outside the main door and the other in the inner space of the circular formation of the house. Barbecue equipment and outdoor furniture provided. To ensure privacy and safety, villa is equipped with alarm system, safety lighting and cameras.
