On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with windows, overlooking the swimming pool. Here you can relax on cozy sofas, watching TV. WIFI internet access provided. Kitchen in the villa has been modernly equipped with full range of cooking tools and appliances, set of crockery and utensils – big fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, etc. Same floor houses 1 bathroom, equipped with shower.
On the first floor of the villa, you can find 2 double bedrooms, each one with air-conditioning unit, ample wardrobe and a sea view balcony.
Third bedroom and a bathroom (shower) is located in the basement.
