Villa features very interesting semi-circular layout, made with whitewashed stone walls and wooden shutters matching the traditional local architectural style. Conveniently located within short drive from the beach, airport and Skiathos town it is a perfect summer holiday destination.
Villa hosts about 6 guests and comprises of an apartment and a separate studio.
The apartment is decorated in a countryside style with a large open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room. Wooden floors, beamed ceilings, cushioned wooden sofas and a stone fireplace help to create cozy homey atmosphere. Kitchen has all the modern appliances and tools you may need for self-cooking. For most convenience, there is satellite TV, DVD player and wireless internet access provided.
Doors from the living room lead out to a large shaded veranda, furnished with a dining table – ideal place for breakfast or lunch when enjoying fantastic views over the coast.
At guests disposal, there are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 01 twin), decorated in the same way as the rests areas and 1 big bathroom with bathtub, as well as a separate WC.
The studio annexed is very comfortable and bright and incorporates a living area, big double bedroom, kitchenette and a bathroom.
Outside, the villa boasts a big green lawn with a swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. Ideal place for refreshing dip during hot summer day. Next to the pool is a stone-built traditional oven for barbeque making. All accessories provided.
For easier stay and moving around, car hire recommended. Within 5-10 minutes you can easily get to the beach, couple of handy supermarkets and tavernas, and Skiathos town with wider choice of entertainment and shopping facilities.
