Villa accommodates about 12 guests and consists of two floors. The main entrance to it is from the top level – here is a large open-plan area with split level incorporating kitchen, dining area and living room. Area features many windows, making it bright and doors opening to a large terrace. The kitchen is modernly equipped, including all the necessary tools for self-cooking, the dining area sitting just next to the living room. In the sitting area there is a The living room a corner fireplace and two sofas, TV and good selection of books music CDs and DVDs. In addition, there is an office-corner with internet, computer and printer. Same floor houses a bathroom with shower and laundry area. Wooden staircase goes up to a wooden loft with double bed.
Stairs next to the entrance bring you down to the lower level where there are 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms. Bedrooms have doors leading out to terraces.
With its own entrance, there is an apartment for more guests with 1 double and 2 single beds, kitchenette and bathroom.
In the garden, there is a large swimming pool (8 x 6 m with 1-2 m depth) at guest’s disposal for relaxing or sunbathing. It is surrounded by paved terrace with sun loungers and green lawn for relaxation. For those, who prefer sea, in just 2 minutes’ drive there is a nice beach.
