ZAK039 villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of two levels.
In the ground floor you can find a large sitting area with sofas by the fireplace and TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a shaded terrace with outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen and dining area is linked to the living room, however still have a wall in between. The kitchen is fully equipped with the modern devices and appliances for self-cooking, provided with necessary crockery and utensils. Six persons can dine here.This level also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upper on the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms at guests’ disposal. Both of them have an individual bathroom, featuring a bathtub. The bedrooms enjoy amazing sea views or look over the green garden and surrounding countryside. Fully furnished and air-conditioned, the bedrooms come with top-quality natural mattresses for ultimate comfort when sleeping.
Outdoor swimming pool, which is about 23 sq. m. has sunbeds for relax and sunbathing. In addition, there is a stone barbeque oven nearby for guests to prepare the most delicious dinner!..
The property is fenced with alarm system installed and therefore provides absolute privacy and safety when staying. Perfect option for travelling with kids or family.
