Secluded private holiday complex, comprising of two villas (ZAK110, ZAK111) for rent. It is located on the south west coast of Zakynthos in less than 5 minutes' walk to the beach. All necessary amenities of the local village are close by - tavernas, supermarkets, shops. Besides, there is a variety of nightclubs and bars in the neighboring tourist resorts. From there, you can also take a day trip to the magical Marathonisi Island, also known as Turtle Island because the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle has chosen it as nesting area.
Immersed in lush garden, the complex boasts scenic views of the Ionian Sea and countryside. Both villas feature traditional architectural style, made of stone and wood with original wooden furnishings throughout. Villas are available for rent separately or together when travelling with a big party.
ZAK110 A two storey stone villa of 185 sq. m. living area. It comfortably accommodates up to 6-8 guests. On the ground level, there is a spacious living room with TV, armchairs and sofa by the fireplace. Beamed ceiling and fireplace creates homey atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen stands separately and includes full range of cooking tools and utensils, required for convenient stay. Large dining table sits up to 10 persons. Same level has a bathroom, fitted with shower cabin and an extensive veranda, adjoining the house. On the first floor, there are three separate bedrooms at guests’ disposal. All air-conditioned, fitted with 1 double or 2 single beds, ample wardrobes and cabinets for storage. There is also a bathroom with hydro massage bathtub.
ZAK111 A single storey villa measuring 85 sq. m., it hosts up to 5-6 persons. The villa has an open-plan lounge, incorporated with kitchen, fully equipped for self-cooking: fridge, oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle and all utensils. Villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Wooden staircase leads up to mezzanine bedroom, which overlooks the living room. It has a double and a single bed. Shaded veranda leads out to a huge lawn garden (around 700 sq. m.), where kids can play and guests can relax by the pool.
ZAK112 Both villas could be rented at the same time to accommodate a large family or a group of 10-14 guests. In this case, there are 5 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchenettes, 2 lounges, 3 bathrooms, spacious verandas and a private swimming pool.
