Private complex of newly built villas, available for rent, set in a quiet authentic village, surrounded by olive trees. Overlooking the Ionian Sea villas grant panoramas of the neighboring Kefalonia and mountains. Beautiful sandy beach is just 500 m away, also there are many shops, restaurants, tavernas, bars and children's playgrounds in the nearest tourist resort – about 5-7 minutes’ drive.

The complex is built on a hill and consists of two villas ZAK113 and ZAK114. Villas have similar design and layout, featuring
2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with two single beds, that can be moved into one bed if required. Each bedroom has private balcony, TV, individually controlled air-conditioning. For share offered one large bathroom and a small WC.
Each villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
Large open plan kitchen incorporates the living room with a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), where 2 more guests can sleep. Wireless internet access provided throughout the house, 32” TV with DVD player available in the lounge. Lounge has access onto partly shaded verandas are very spacious, perfect for open-air meals and sunbathing.
Outside each villa has a private swimming pool, with sunbeds and parasols around. In addition, there is a built-in barbeque oven available for guests to prepare delicious grill dinner.
Additionally, villa ZAK113 also features a playground for children. The villas are ideal for families with children, groups of friends as well as couples. Could be rented together (ZAK115) or separately, depends on the party size.
Apart from resting on the villas, you can rent a boat and visit the Turtle island, famous Keri and Blue Caves and end up in of the numerous bay to eat local delicacies in traditional tavern.
