The ground floor is a semi-autonomous apartment, which includes 3 large bedrooms of 30 sq. m., each of them has its individual bathroom and a lounge, overlooking the garden. Also, this level has a bar, fireplace and a kitchen. Upon guests’ request, 1 bedroom, a kitchen and 1 bathroom can be separated from other areas.
The first floor of the villa offers a large main kitchen with full range of cooking tools and a dining set. Here you can also find a storage room with laundry equipment and main lounge of 90 sq. m. facing the sea. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV and wireless internet access provided. Same floor has 1 office room with to couches (convertible into single beds), 1 bathroom and and outdoor lounge area, which leads to a big swimming pool.
Villas’ top floor has 2 more bedrooms and 1 family bathroom.
Outdoors, villa has plenty of space for rest and entertainment – big private pool measures 70 sq. m. with infinity edge, sunbeds and umbrellas, barbeque area for family gatherings and alfresco dining. Also, guests can play football on premises and enjoy quick access to the beach. In addition, villa has a Jacuzzi and some basic gym equipment to workout.
