Villa on the beach with 5 bedrooms is available for summer rental. House 250 sq m built in 2 levels on a large plot with pine trees, lawn and flowers. There are 4 bedrooms + studio with private entrance, living room, 3 bathrooms with bath and 2 showers. The beach is just outside of the house, private san beds are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. Each room has its own balcony. No air conditioning, as the house is built of stone and is not hot. There are a few verandas and terrace, barbecue in the garden, table tennis, volleyball, children's slide and swings. There is no Internet in the house, but it is available through mobile connection.
Location is really perfect, a peaceful holiday village in the pine trees forest. Center of the village with shops and taverns are just 200 meters from the villa. The house can accommodate up to 10 people. Children welcomed.
