There are swimming pool and barbeque area in the garden. Beautiful big sofas and sun chairs by the pool create a unique and relaxing atmosphere in combination with an amazing sea view.

Located in a quiet area of Athens suburbs and close to Rafina port it gives a chance to visit Cycladic islands Andros, Tinos, Mykonos etc. Athens city centre is 20 km away from the villa. Sea is just some feet away although a bit rocky. Bars, restaurants and clubs are 10 min driving away.
