This level can be used as a self-contained apartment, lodging up to 6 guests (sofa and 2 daybeds).
Stairs bring up to the first floor (accessible for wheelchairs from street) and features a large balcony, overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea and neighboring island of Evia. The main entrance opens into the dining and living space, with comfortable sofas, TV by the fireplace. Next to is a big open-plan kitchen with full range of tools and pantry items for convenient cooking. Same floor hosts 2 master bedrooms (one of them ensuite), 1 twin bedroom and a storage room with laundry facilities. In addition, there is a small guest toilet.
Up the staircase, you will find another bright open-plan living space with home cinema. At guests’ disposal, there are 4 bedrooms (3 of which have access to the balcony) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and tub, another with shower). From here you can also get up to the attic with a king size bed.
