A private villa located in a walking distance from a nice sandy beach, stands on a large fenced plot by the sea on the south coast of Attica. Best option for those, seeking seclusion and privacy. Villa comes with both heating and air-conditioning, so it is suitable for year round vacations.
The villa is comprises of three floors, facing the crystal blue Aegean Sea. Here, a family of up to 11 persons can be comfortably accommodated.
The ground floor, which measures 50 sq. m., can be used independently and sleeps up to 5 people in 1 bedroom (one double and one single beds) and the living room with kitchenette and convertible sofa. This level also has 1 bathroom with shower and a laundry room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and the loft (total of 150 sq. m.), where 6 people can stay. Here is a large living room with separate kitchen and dining area at guests’ disposal. Comfortably and modernly furnished, with big patio doors, opening onto the sunny sea view balcony. Two bedrooms (one-double, one-single) share a common bathroom with tub.
Loft stairs bring you up to the 2 more bedrooms (one-twin, one-single), 1 shared bathroom fitted with tub and a common lounge with a futon-sofa and computer corner.
The villa is designed to take advantage of the wonderful view, keeping interiors furnished and equipped to provide fully functional living. It is an ideal place for a family, since the whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe with no intensive traffic or noisy resorts around.
Within 100 m distance from the villa, you can enjoy cycling or have a pleasant walk by the sea. In 500 m away, there is a Sounio National Park – a huge pine forest with ancient caves and mines to explore. Apart from staying at the villa, we highly recommend to rent a car and go on a trip, visiting the ancient Temple of Posiedon or go to the nearest port (5 km away), from where you can take a short day trip to a neighboring island Kea.
