A luxurious villa offered for rent in the east Attica area, in easy reach of Aegean sea with long sandy beaches, picturesque and tranquil countryside and vibrant town of Athens. The villa itself is built in stone, inspired by castles design, but according to Greek traditional architecture. Interiors are tastefully decorated in a country style with touch of luxury, with antiques, hand crafted wooden and iron furniture for most comfort and style. Villa stands 50 meters above the sea on a hill slope, covered with green bushes and flowers and grants privacy and of course great views towards the bay underneath and the Aegean Sea.
Villa comprises of two sides and adjoining guesthouse. In total it accommodates 11-21 guests.
The one side offers 1 master-bedroom with a double bed, 3 single bedrooms (two of them can have an extra bed). Rooms feature either air-conditioning or ceiling fans.
The other side has 1 master bedroom with a double and two single beds, 2 bedrooms with a single bed and and extra bed if necessary. A sofa in the lounge converts to double bed, so is suitable for 2 more guests.
Fully air-conditioned guesthouse includes 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds in the same room. There are 8 bathrooms at guests’ disposal (with shower or tub) spread around the villa. The kitchen is modernly equipped with full range of cooking tools and appliances for most convenient stay, dining table sits 8 persons. For the entertainment villa provides wireless internet access, big TV, game console and others.
Outdoors, there is a large terrace with swimming pool, shaded dining and lounge areas, all comfortably furnished. Additionally, you can find a fully equipped barbeque area with traditional brick built oven, sink and dining set. Ideal for alfresco family dinners.
Villa’s location area is a top rated beach area of Athens, which boasts more than 6 km of sandy beach, with crystal clear and mostly calm waters, and a rare cone forest reaching to the water edge! Highly recommended when travelling with extended family, kids. With car rented it is very easy to ,move around, couple of villages and towns are in 15 minutes’ drive only, where you can enjoy shopping and dining at local traditional taverns and restaurants.
For those, who would like to explore Greece, it is very easy to make daytrips to Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplion, with their vast wealth of archaeological and historical monuments. The Delphi archaeological site is also within the reach of a day trip. Another option to vary your holidays, is to take a day cruise from port of Athens to islands of Hydra, Poros or Aegina.
