Large, big villa, within few minutes’ walk from the beach offered for rent in Attica, Greece. The villa grants breathtaking views of the Aegean and mountains. Villa is very large and can host up to 22-27 guests. It comprises of three levels and offers 11 comfortable bedrooms: 2 of them have double beds and ensuite bathrooms, the rest are fitted with two single beds and also have private bathrooms. Bedrooms are equipped with TV, fridge, safety box and have access to a sea view balcony. All the bathrooms have shower, hairdryer, lavishly filled with soft towels, toiletries. In addition, there are 2 separate WC’s in the property for common use.
For guests’ comfort, there are few spacious living rooms, lounge zones, dining area provided. Ample kitchen has full range of all necessary equipment for self-cooking.
Outdoors, there are several terraces for relaxation with sea view and quietness. Around the pool, which measures about 100 sq. m., the spacious lounge area is complemented with wooden sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture under large pergolas- very convenient for open-air meals. Electric barbeque equipment provided for your most comforts.
Besides, there is a children’s playground and plenty of space for our little guests to play around.
Apart from resting on the villa, we recommend to explore the surrounding with couple of ancient temples and Historic tomb of Marathon, in approximately 15 km drive away. In about 2 hours’ drive you can reach the island of Evia (connected to the mainland with a bridge) and spend a day or two on the beautiful beaches. Ancient Korinthos and Olympia are also in about 2 hours away from the villa.
