Nearest town with wide range of holiday facilities is in 15 minutes’ drive from the villa, where guests can dine, shop and enjoy nightlife.
Aegina island is easily reached from Athens, by a 40-75 min ride on a ferry, departing daily. Upon arrival, it takes about 15 minutes only to get to the house.
The house is a ground level property with maximum capacity of 7 guests. Due to its location it grants breathtaking view of the Saronic sea, facing the mainland, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Simply, but tastefully decorated, the house comprises of 3 bedrooms – two double bedded and 1 with a bunk and single bed. Rooms share 2 common bathrooms fitted with tub or shower.
Cozy living room has armchairs and sofa by the fireplace, TV. Wireless internet provided. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and tools for self-cooking, dining set.
Exterior area of the house is a big garden with neat lawns, complemented with sun loungers and barbeque facilities. Backyard has nice lounge area under the fig tree. The surrounding neighborhood is very tranquil, with couple of taverns on the beach, so that you can enjoy long walks by the sea or cycling. Car recommended for most convenient access to the beaches, archaeological sites and town.
