Situated in the Aegina island, this stone built traditional villa - house with 4 bedrooms offered for rent. It stands in the south-east of the island, within easy reach of the beach and a village with essential holiday facilities. From the main port Athens it only takes about 1-1,5 hrs to reach the island by ferry. From the port it will take about 10-15 minutes’ drive, we recommended to rent a car upon arrival. Villa occupies an elevated position in a quiet residential area, surrounded by beautiful landscape and stunning sea views. It accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises of three levels.
The house has 4 bedrooms in total, with one double or two single beds. Bedrooms come with ample wardrobes for storage, tastefully decorated, with air-conditioning. Guests share 1 bathroom with tub, 1 shower room, towels provided. There is a spacious living room at your service with comfortable couches, TV and wireless internet. Lounge incorporates the dining area and opens to a covered furnished terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast alfresco. There is also a kitchen, practically equipped with all necessary cooking tools and appliances, full set of crockery and tableware for most convenient stay.
Villa is surrounded by a private multilevel yard, decorated with colorful flowers and olive trees. There are few outdoor lounge areas and barbeque equipment is provided. Great for family gatherings and open-air meals. Good option for those, who are seeking for privacy and comforts. At the same time, you can make a daytrip to Athens, and visit the historic center of Athens, including the world-famous Acropolis, try traditional Greek cuisine in one of the numerous taverns or restaurants, go shopping!
