Situated in the very south of Attica, within 2-minute walk from a nice beach, this private detached villa offered for rent. Surrounded by lush garden full of flowers and trees, it gives privacy and relaxation. Constructed of stone and with many wooden elements, villa looks very traditional, while the interiors have been modernly equipped, tastefully furnished and supplied with air-conditioning. Very spacious and suitable for both group and an extended family gathering (up to 12 persons).
There are 6 bedrooms in the villa – three of them have a double bed, others are furnished with two single beds. Each room has its own style, cozy decorated. Guests share 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a standing shower cabin. Third bathroom is very spacious with tub/ shower and also a hammam.
Living room has couple of sofas by the fireplace for rest, also satellite TV, DVD player and internet access provided for most convenience. This area incorporates a sleeping zone with one of the double beds.
Kitchen in the villa is quite large and has plenty of working surfaces, set of crockery and utensils, modern appliances for self-cooking – fridge, oven, electric and gas stove, coffeemaker, toaster and other necessary items. Indoor dining table sits 8 persons.
The outdoor space is no less impressive – with shaded dining and lounge terraces, large private pool of 50 sq. m., immersed in greenery. Perfect for relaxation any time of the day! Stone oven for barbeque, all accessories and shaded outdoor area provided for you to prepare delicious dinner and enjoy family gatherings alfresco.
Moreover, some gym equipment, outdoor shower and basketball court are at guests’ disposal.
Couple of picturesque villages nearby offer good variety of taverns and bars, located just 5 minutes’ drive away. Number of beaches in the vicinity provide water sport facilities. And within half an hour by car you can get to Poseidon Temple and enjoy and one of the most spectacular sunsets in Greece!
