Set in private gated grounds in the south of Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki, this stunning villa offers great opportunity to spend your summer vacations in Greece. Due to its privileged position, it guarantees breathtaking views of the Aegean sea and boasts direct access to a sandy beach. Villa is located between two villages, just 5 minutes away by car from all necessary facilities – supermarket, taverns, café, shops.
The house is built on 2 levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully furnished, villa’s interiors feature traditional style with plenty of wood and stone, but at the same time offer all modern home appliances for most comfort.
There are two bright living rooms in the house, one of them with a fireplace, both have cozy sofas and armchairs to relax, big windows open to the terrace. For entertainment, you can find flat-screen TV, CD/ DVD player, stereo system, wireless internet access also provided.
Villa comes with a big kitchen/ dining room with all you may need when cooking – fridge, oven, stove, coffeemaker and full set of crockery and tableware.
It is a perfect place to stay for a family with children as there are 4 bedrooms in total – 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double and bunk beds, 1 bedroom with one double and two single beds. All rooms have individual air-conditioning and opens either to the garden or to a balcony.
Guests staying here share 3 bathrooms, equipped with shower cabins, towels and basic toiletries provided. One of the bathrooms comes with a washing machine as well.
Huge swimming pool complements the garden, with spacious deck around; sunbeds provided for guests to sunbath and relax. Alternatively, you can always go and swim in the sea, which is literally few steps away!
Children can play in the well-landscaped garden with green lawns, variety of shrubs and palm trees. In addition, guests can use traditional outdoor barbeque oven and enjoy alfresco dining with a view.
The villa stands in an hour drive from the airport, in the vicinity of well-developed resorts. We recommend to rent a car and explore the peninsula. Those, who stay here, are awarded with impressive sightseeing with ancient ruins, castles, monuments. Besides, almost all resorts and towns offer vibrant nightlife and great dining options, during the summer – it hosts some interesting cultural events and festivals. And of course, you can spend endless hours on the fantastic beaches swimming and sunbathing. Many of them offer water sport facilities.
