Located on the south-west of Sithonia peninsula in Chalkidiki, there is an impressive villa available for rent, highly recommended for big parties travelling together and planning their event in Greece. This villa is the highlight of a stunning resort, immersed in greenery of the mountains with Aegean Sea in front. Initially this was a monastery and year 1976 it became a villa with total surface of 2000 sq. m. Due to this, villa features its unique architectural layout, its exposed beam ceilings, furnished in traditional style and decorated with antiques and art works.
This villa stands in absolute privacy and was welcoming European royal family members, famous politicians and artists (Salvador Dali, who designed one of the villa’s bathrooms), Yves St Laurent.
Villa consists of 5 levels and can accommodate maximum of 48 guests.
Splendid living room invites to rest by the fireplace on cozy sofas and armchairs. It is a double-height room with impressive chandelier, large windows. At the same time, modern facilities like flat screen TV and wireless internet are available. There is also a dining room and fully equipped kitchen in the villa, where you can cook on your own or hire a chef for most relaxing stay.
When staying, there are in total 24 rooms at your service - 11 guestrooms and 13 suites. Each one offers individual air-conditioning, TV and private bathroom. Suites additionally have a separate lounge. Bathrooms come with tub, double sink, toiletries and fresh towels provided. All the rooms have its own style, tastefully appointed to offer a real experience of luxury and wealth of the past. Guest rooms overlook the sea or mountains.
On the main sea view terrace there is large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, where you can relax during the daytime and in the evening, this whole area becomes a perfect venue for a gala dinner, cocktail, banquet, wedding ceremony or any other memorable event. Moreover, there is a small chapel on premises for you to pronounce vows.
Nowadays, this property offers a variety of services, paired with true Greek hospitality. Among them are wellness and treatments in the two Thalassotherapy & SPA Centers, golf course and tennis courts, horse riding and diving courses in the vicinity. Nearest costal town with shopping and dining facilities is 10 minutes’ drive away, while a sandy beach is in 1 km. Trip to the airport takes about 1,5 hour.
