CHK092 is a multilevel villa comprising of 3 independent maisonettes, which could be rented together or separately, depending on the party size.
CHK099 & CHK100 are two identical maisonettes, with maximum capacity of 4 guests. Maisonettes have one level, where you can find a spacious living room integrating the kitchenette and a dining zone. Two bedrooms fitted with double beds and two bathrooms.
Each maisonette has a private terrace with a swimming pool (3,5 x 8 m) with kids’ area of 6 sq. m. There are sun loungers outdoors at guests’ disposal.
CHK101 It is the smallest maisonette, perfect for a couple and offers:
A cozy living room with 40” TV, HIFI stereo system, sofa and a kitchenette. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. The maisonette has access to an extensive terrace with a swimming pool 40 sq. m., where guests can sunbath on loungers or dine under shade. WIFI internet access available throughout the whole complex to keep guests connected.
