Offered for rent nice holiday villa, built on a large plot in a very secluded area of western Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. It stands within just few minutes’ drive from the beach and essential facilities. The house guarantees great panoramic views of the surroundings. Location is very convenient as a starting point to explore the area’s sightseeing spots.
The villa consistsof 3 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It is a perfect place for 2 families, who are on vacations together and prefer some privacy – each level is self-contained with separate entrance.
Villa is fully furnished and modernly equipped, with all necessary amenities for convenient stay.
Ground floor has a large living room, spacious and airy, with fireplace and comfortable sofa. Wide patio doors open directly into the garden. Linked to the living room is a kitchen, fully supplied with all cooking tools and appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, both air-conditioned, equipped with a double bed and ample wardrobes. Rooms share a common bathroom with shower.
First floor has one more kitchen with essential tools and crockery for cooking. Here is 1 big bedroom with sofa, convertible into a bed, large covered balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom comes with shower. Top floor houses fourth bedroom with double bed and 2 balconies.
Villa has a private garden of 1000 sq. m. each. With neat green lawn and shady trees it is a great place for kids to play, while parents can easily observe them. Deck chairs and outdoor furnished lounge available, so that guests will enjoy every moment when staying at this unique villa. In addition, there is an equipment provided for barbeque dinners (traditional brick built oven).
Travelling around Kassandra is an exciting adventure. Besides numerous beaches you can get closer to the history visiting such ancient areas like: cities of Olynthus and Mendi, where Poseidon god was worshipped, Petralona Cave, where primitive men lived, within 2 hrs drive there is archaeological site of Vergina (with its Macedonian treasures). While in Halikidiki, don’t forget to take a cruise to the Holy Mount Athos.
