Available for rent for your summer vacations, they all feature similar layout and design, accommodating 6-8 guests. Villas stand in 1,2 km from a sandy beach, and in walking distance from a village with essential facilities – grocery stores, taverns, cafes. International airport of Thessaloniki is in 1,5 hrs drive from the complex.
Each villa comprises of 2 levels, with small garden in front.
Ground floor offers an open-plan living room, comfortable furnished with 2 sofas next to the fireplace, TV. Dining table sits 6. Kitchen corner has all necessary tools, crockery and utensils, plenty of work surface to ensure convenience when meals preparation. Same level has a shower room. Panoramic windows from the lounge open to the terrace with lounge set – ideal place for alfresco breakfast.
First floor houses 3 bedrooms – two of them have a double bed, third has twin beds. Simply, but tastefully furnished, two of them access the balcony, overlooking the garden. Second bathroom comes with tub and washing machine. Few villas in the complex have private gym, so that you can keep fit even on holidays. Kassandra is the most western peninsula of Chalkidiki and is mostly famous for its beaches with soft sand, crystal water and lush surroundings, vibrant night life. Also, when staying here, you can choose to explore the countryside when hiking tours, visit Mount Athon or Meteora monasteries. Rent a car to drive along the coast, visiting numerous authentic villages or get into the mountains, make a stop and try local wine and delicacies
