Located on the eastern coast of Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki, there is a spacious villa offered for rent . It is a part of a secluded complex on the beach. Villa stands in 500 m away from a village with a good selection of shopping and dining amenities. The complex features modern architectural style, elegantly and practically designed, fully furnished. Exclusively for guests of the complex, there is a large sharing infinity swimming pool and sunbeds around.
There is an external elevator at guests’ service to deliver them to the rocky beach through a grove of pine trees.
Villa comprises of two levels, comfortably accommodating a group or family of 7.
On its ground floor, there is 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom (equipped with tub) and a large lounge area with fireplace, TV and comfy sofas. Living room incorporates a dining area and a modern kitchen with all essential appliance and extra ones, like dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge, oven and full set of tableware and crockery. Directly accessible from the lounge is a covered patio with sofa, an extra dining table – great for lazy sunbathing or open-air meals.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with 2 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and balcony, overlooking the pool, second bedroom has a double bed as well, also with access to a large sea view veranda. Rooms share a common shower room.
Car rental is not really necessary, as the house stands in easy reach by foot to all the facilities you may need during your holidays. However, we suggest to rent one for most convenience if you would like to go on exploring the surroundings with beaches and resorts.
