Villa is built in two levels with fine materials only and fully equipped at highest standards. The house comes with both air-conditioning unit and central heating also available. Interiors are comfortably furnished, creating cozy atmosphere.
The main area in the house is a spacious lounge, which incorporates the sitting zone and dining area. Here you can relax by the fireplace on cozy sofas, watch TV. DVD player, internet access provided. The kitchen is large and fitted with all you may need when cooking. Dining table sits 6. This whole area opens directly to the garden. Also, you can find 1 bathroom with tub and 1 twin bedroom, which also opens into the garden.
Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, fitted with a king-size bed, sharing 1 common bathroom (equipped with shower). Both bedrooms access a nice balcony, overlooking the garden and the sea.
Although, villa has no pool, a sandy-pebble beach is right in front and is perfect for sunbathing and refreshing moments during the hot summer day. Guests can also benefit from the brick built barbeque oven available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area of the shaded terrace.
