A detached multi-level villa of traditional Greek style, overlooking the Ionian Sea offered for rent to spend the summer vacations in Greece. It stands on a hill, 80 m above the sea level in the southern part of Corfu and in 15 minutes’ drive to the capital of the island. Complete privacy and at the same time –proximity to all the essential amenities guarantee the most comfortable summer vacations for the whole family.
The house comprises of two spacious living levels and parking.
On the main ground floor, there is a large open plan living area, comfortably furnished and equipped with audio-visual system. It incorporates the kitchen and dining area. Kitchen comes with full range of tools and appliances, suitable for self-cooking. Same level also hosts a king size bedroom, which converts into 2 singles if necessary. Fully air-conditioned and with individual bathroom (shower). In addition, there is one more bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor at guests’ disposal.
Upper floor accommodates two bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin-bedded. Bedrooms share a common bathroom (shower).
Nine shaded and covered terraces surround the villa providing plenty of options for relaxation and open-air dining. Grill equipment provided for guests to prepare barbeque lunch or dinner. A 50 sq. m. private pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers around complements the area in front of the villa. Its’ edge merges the sea, creating infinity effect.
A picturesque fishing village nearby is very traditional and charming, offering authentic Greek cuisine at the tavernas and bars. At the beach you can easily rent a boat to explore the pretty bays along the neighbouring coastline, go fishing or just sunbathing. A variety of watersports are available at several nearby locations.
Renting a car allows you to explore the island further. From the port of Corfu daily boats trips leave to Paxos island or even mainland.
