Located on the north east of Corfu, a private villa, suitable for couples or a small family offered for rent. It stands in a quiet neighborhood, within few minutes’ walk from a beach, in 20 km form the capital of the island and airport. The villa boasts amazing views of the sea and surroundings.
Villa is built on two levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The main living room incorporates the kitchen and a dining area. Kitchen has all necessary appliances and tools, suitable for self-cooking.  Sofa in the living room could be converted to a double bed, so that extra guests can sleep here.
A double bedroom is tastefully furnished, with ample wardrobe and air-conditioning unit. With its cozy homey atmosphere the bedroom (along with the living area) access onto a covered balcony with lounge-dining set. Bathroom comes with a shower, fully tiled and modernly fitted.
On the lower level, there is a spacious sunny terrace, complemented with a private swimming pool. Ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing. Plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs provided for guests’ comfort.
Next to it, there is a small garden with green lawn, brick-built barbeque oven and outdoor dining set. Children can play on the grass, while the parents prepare delicious grilled dinner. Perfect for alfresco dining with great views.
Car hire is not necessary, but recommended for the most convenient stay. Corfu, being one of the most beautiful and popular islands of the country.
