Same level also has a utility room with laundry equipment. A separate WC is next to the entrance hall.
There are three double bedrooms in the house, all of which have air-conditioning, insect screens and have private bathroom. 1 Master bedroom with king-size bed fitted features a full-size bath. Balcony doors lead out onto the terrace with small marble table and chairs, where guests can sit and relax in the morning, enjoying the sea panoramas.
Other 2 bedrooms have twin beds with high quality mattresses, both with a shower room and accessing the sunny terrace.
The main highlight of this villa is its private swimming pool, approximately of 50 sq. m. For sunbathing and relaxation, there is a good selection of sun loungers, deck chairs, outside sofas with umbrellas giving shade. The shallow semi-circular steps of the pool, surrounding railings and lockable gates have been fitted for the ultimate safety if there kids in the pool. Adjoining shaded dining area has a built-in barbeque oven and outdoor kitchenette, which gives opportunity to have alfresco family dinner altogether and enjoy amazing views and weather.
Nearby areas offer variety of entertainment options, like hiking, sea trips, scuba diving, wake boarding. In about hour drive, you can get to the Aqualand, a big waterpark or a golf course.
