At the same time being very close to the essential holiday facilities, as in walking distance there is couple of shops and bakery. Nearest beach is in 3 km away, so car hire is recommended for most convenient stay.
The house consists of two levels and accommodates up to 8 guests. Originally built in 1980, the house is still well preserved in its original neo-classical style. The house comes with both central heating and air-conditioning, so it is suitable for living any time of the year.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with fireplace, main formal dining room for up to 12 guests, studyroom and library. The lounge also features a games area, grand piano and full sized billiard table. Next to it is a generously sized family kitchen with breakfast area and utility/laundry room.. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate guest WC. Ground floor exits into the garden and leads to the pool.
The staircase of the entrance hall brings up to the first floor, where there are 4 more bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom fitted with both tub and shower, 1 twin bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. Rooms share a large family bathroom and a separate WC. Rooms on this level have panoramic views over the surrounding village, and the north east coast of Corfu.
In front of the villa, there is a big green lawn complemented with a private swimming pool. Deck are has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax and sunbath.
Next to there is a built in barbeque oven, accessories provided to prepare the delicious grill-dinner.
