Cozy semi-detached summer house available for rent, located in a pretty bay of the north-east Corfu. Very convenient, this house stands within a minute walk from the beach and couple of taverns, supermarket. Town of Corfu and the airport is in half an hour drive. Prefect holiday place when travelling with children. We still recommend rent a car, so to be able to move around the island, exploring numerous beaches, local villages. Built in two levels, this house can accommodate maximum of 4 adults and 1 child.
Entering the ground floor, you will find a large living room with open plan dining area, incorporating the kitchen. Ample sitting area by the fireplace offers TV, DVD player and wireless internet access for most comfort. One of the sofas could be used as a sleeping place for the 5th person. Dining room and kitchen come with all the cooking tools and appliances you may need – fridge, dishwasher, oven, full set of crockery and utensils. In addition, laundry facilities provided.
The upper level houses 2 bedrooms – one double, one twin. Each one is tastefully furnished, with fitted wardrobes and has its individual bathroom. Doors from both bedrooms lead to a shaded furnished balcony, facing the bayview.
Big swimming pool of 32 sq. m. complements the villa, with spacious deck around, where you can relax and sunbath. Next to it is the barbeque equipment and outdoor dining set. Perfect for family gatherings and alfresco dining with a view. Next to the main entrance is a shaded parking space.
