Villa stands on a large territory, fully gated and secluded to ensure privacy and safety. It accommodates maximum 10 guests and is perfect for families.
Villa comprises of two levels and a separate studio. Fully furnished, air-conditioned, it is suitable for year round stay. At guests’ service, there is a large living room with fireplace, sofas and entertainment facilities (TV, stereo, wireless internet access), billiard table. There is also a formal dining area and a spacious modernly equipped kitchen. Kitchen comes with full set of crockery, tableware and utensils, cooking tools. Sofas in the dining area could be used as beds if necessary.
Ground floor has direct access to the garden with swimming pool.
Three bedrooms have one double or 2 single beds. 2 Bathrooms have shower, another one is a large family bathroom with double sinks, shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Rooms of the upper floor have nice covered balconies, overlooking the garden and the pool. Additional studio has a bedroom with private bathroom, suitable for 2.
The villa boasts a large swimming pool, and an outdoors Jacuzzi, complemented with sun loungers and umbrellas for most comfort. Covered lounge area is right next to the pool.
Further is a covered outdoor kitchen with bar area, dining table and built-in barbeque. Ideal place for whole day dining.
Villa is highly recommended when travelling with kids, as all the necessary things are in the vicinity – both beach, shops. Kids have plenty of space to play on a green lawn in front of the house or swim in the pool. Car rental is essential when staying.
