Villa is built on one level with fine materials only and fully equipped at highest standards. The house is very energy efficient – warm in winter and cool during the summer. Also, each room has air-conditioning unit and central heating also available. Interiors are decorated with elegant modern furniture and light colored fabrics, creating cozy atmosphere.
The main area in the house is a spacious lounge, which incorporates the sitting zone and dining area. Here you can relax by the fireplace on cozy sofas, watch TV. Wireless internet access provided. Dining table sits 8. The kitchen is large and fitted with all you may need when cooking.
Left wing of the villa offers a master bedroom with a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and its own private veranda. Right next to the bedroom is a modern bathroom (includes washing machine). West wing of the villa has 2 more bedrooms, sharing 1 bathroom. Twin beds could be joined together if necessary. The fourth bedrooms is to the left of the main entrance. It has been fitted with bunk beds –perfect for children.
Private pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas is right in front and is perfect for sunbathing and refreshing moments during the hot summer day. Guests can also benefit from the brick built barbeque oven available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area of the shaded terrace. A lawned garden surrounds the villa with olive trees, shrubs and flowers planted throughout, so that kids can safely play around. Garden outdoor furniture and ample parking space available.
