It stands in walking distance from a pebble beach and in 5 minutes’ drive to the nearest village with various taverns, shops, restaurants, picturesque harbour. Couple of taverns could be reached by foot.
Villa comprises of 3 storeys, measuring about 250 sq. m. in total. When entering, you will find a large living room with fireplace and cozy sitting area, dining area for 8 on the left. Dining room also incorporates big open-plan kitchen, which has all you may need when cooking – fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, set of crockery and cutlery.
Comfortably furnished and modernly equipped these spacious common areas invite guests to spend here relaxing moments. TV set, DVD player and stereo system, WIFI internet provided for entrainment. Same floor has a game room with billiard and ping pong, a bathroom with sauna.
On the upper level of the villa, there are 3 bedrooms, with individual bathroom and balcony each. One room has a double bed, other two –twin beds. Bathrooms have a tub with shower, hairdryers, fresh towels provided.
Top level of the villa is a master bedroom with private bathroom and a balcony.
In front of the villa, there stands a big swimming pool of 60 sq. m. with 0,8-1,5 m depth, complemented with sunbeds for guests’ comfort.
Outside the villa also provides a traditional built in barbeque oven and dining set, so that gests can prepare delicious meals and have alfresco lunch or dinner.
