The villa itself comprises of a 4-bedroom main building and a separate guesthouse. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Villa’s centerpiece is on the ground floor including an open plan lounge with panoramic windows. TV with satellite channels and WIFI available while rest on comfortable sofas. Further, on a slightly lower level, there is a modern kitchen. It offers a dishwasher, big fridge, oven, stove, kettle and other necessary appliances. Glass door opens to a beautiful veranda.
At guests’ service, there are 4 bedrooms, three of which (one double, two twins) are on the ground level. Additional bedroom is arranged in the guesthouse. Meanwhile, master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor and boasts huge windows, private bathroom. In addition, there are 3 more bathrooms for the guests. Basic toiletries, bath and pool towels provided.
Spacious green lawn surrounds the villa, complemented with a private swimming pool with infinity edge. Ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying great view of a yacht marina. Also, there is a covered barbeque area at guest’s disposal.
