A private house by the sea view perfectly located within few steps from the beach in the north-western part of Crete. It is a perfect place for summer vacations in Greece, with quick access to a village with good selection of essential holiday facilities – couple of mini-markets, taverns, cafes. The house is fully fenced, surrounded by a lush garden, offering sea views, privacy and comfort. Air-conditioning system installed to ensure comfortable stay.
The villa comprises of the main house (160 sq. m.) for max 8 guests and a detached house of the caretaker (33 sq. m.). On the ground floor, there is a spacious lounge with sofa, armchairs by the fireplace, flat screen TV, stereo system and internet access. Same area incorporates a dining table for eight. The open plan kitchen comes with full range of modern equipment and tools for self-cooking – fridge, coffeemaker, oven, stove, tableware and utensils. Same floor has 1 bathroom.
At guests’ service, there are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, furnished with ample wardrobes, one double or two single beds. Bedrooms open to the balconies that face both the East and the West with views of the sunrise and the sunset. There is 1 common bathroom for the guests on this level. Two more guests can sleep on the sofa in the lounge.
Indoor highlights are bright interiors, with wooden furniture, high ceilings and broad windows. Extra comforts provided with bed linen, towels and regular maid services.
Outdoors, there are two sitting areas and a dining area with barbeque equipment, where the guests can gather up for alfresco dinner, enjoying great views.
